- § 2815. Nothing in this chapter shall require that any private energy producer perform an
- § 2821. The commission shall approve and establish equitable charges to be paid by an ele
- § 2821.5. The Legislature finds and declares all of the following: (a) Small power producer
- § 2822. The commission shall approve and establish standby charges for electrical corpora
- § 3450. The Legislature hereby ratifies and deems proper all acts by the Governor or the
- § 3452. This division, being necessary for the prosperity of the state and its residents,
- § 3558. Nothing in this act shall be construed as diminishing or enlarging any valid exis
