§ 95.40. Neutralizing tuberculosis test.
95.40(1) (1) No person shall use or cause to be used tuberculin or any other agent upon cattle or farm-raised deer, by injection or otherwise, for the purpose of preventing a proper reaction when a tuberculin test is made. 95.40(2) (2) No person shall at any time or in any manner apply tuberculin to any animal except for the purpose of applying a tuberculin test.
