§ 76.634. Long-term care insurance assessment credit.
76.634(1) (1) Definitions. In this section: 76.634(1)(a) (a) “Claimant” means a person who files a claim under this section. 76.634(1)(b) (b) “Disability insurer” means an insurer classified as a disability insurer under s. 646.51 (3) (bm) 2. 76.634(2) (2) Filing claims.
