§ 25.40. Transportation fund.
25.40(1) (1) The separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the transportation fund shall consist of the following: 25.40(1)(a) (a) All collections of the department of transportation and all moneys transferred under s. 84.59 (3) except all of the following: 25.40(1)(a)1. 1. Net sales taxes as determined in s. 77.61 (4) (c) . 25.40(1)(a)2. 2.
