§ 23.099. Grants for property development relating to wetland mitigation.
23.099(1) (1) In this section: 23.099(1)(a) (a) “Department land” has the meaning given under s. 281.37 (1) (a) . 23.099(1)(b) (b) “Nonprofit organization” means an organization that is described in section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and that is exempt from federal income tax under section 501 (a) of the Internal Revenue Code. 23.099(2) (2) The department shall establish a program to make grants from the appropriation under s. 20.866 (2) (ta) to nonprofit organizations for property development activities relating to wetlands created, restored, or enhanced under a wetland mitigation grant under s.
