§ 221.0213. Bylaws.

221.0213(1) (1) Voting requirements. A bank may make, amend or repeal its bylaws by an affirmative vote of shareholders owning a majority of the stock of the bank who are entitled to vote, unless the articles of incorporation or bylaws require a greater number of affirmative votes. 221.0213(2) (2) Content.
