§ 132.19. Use of mark without authority.
Every person who knowingly and willfully uses or displays the genuine mark of any person, association or union in any manner, or in or about the sale of goods or merchandise not being authorized so to do by such person, union or association, shall be imprisoned for not more than 3 months or fined not more than $100. This section does not apply to the purchase of merchandise in good faith from a distributor or the retail sale of that merchandise in good faith. 132.19 History History: 1985 a. 181 .
