§ 95.30. Disposal of animals infected with tuberculosis.
The owner of cattle or farm-raised deer tested and found to be afflicted with bovine tuberculosis shall ship them under the direction of the department to some place designated by it for immediate slaughter under U.S. government inspection, or under the inspection approved by the department. 95.30 History History: 1995 a. 79 . 95.30 Cross-reference Cross-reference: See also chs.
