§ 448.035. Expedited partner therapy.

448.035(1) (1) In this section: 448.035(1)(a) (a) “Certified advanced practice nurse prescriber” means a nurse who is certified under s. 441.16 (2) . Effective date note NOTE: Par. (a) is repealed eff. 9-1-26 by 2025 Wis. Act 17 . 448.035(1)(b) (b) “Antimicrobial drug” means a drug identified for the treatment of a chlamydial infection, gonorrhea, or trichomoniasis in the most current guidelines for the treatment of sexually transmitted diseases of the federal centers for disease control and prevention. “Antimicrobial drug” does not include a substance listed in the schedules in ss.
