§ 35.001. Definitions.

As used in this chapter: 35.001(1) (1) “Contract printer” is the person under contract to do public printing, other than printing of the 5th class. 35.001(2) (2) “Department” means the department of administration. 35.001(2m) (2m) “Printing” includes all public printing by means of graphic reproduction by whatever process and the necessary materials and binding.
