§ 33.457. Implementation plan.

33.457(1) (1) The board of commissioners shall develop an implementation plan, with the advice of the Dane County Regional Planning Commission, and shall submit the plan to the presiding officers of each house of the legislature, the chairperson of the county board and the county executive of the county by July 1, 1992. 33.457(2) (2) The implementation plan shall include all of the following: 33.457(2)(a) (a) Minimum standards for shoreland, floodplain and wetland zoning ordinances to control polluting activities. 33.457(2)(b) (b) Storm drainage system plans that incorporate water quality protection measures to the maximum extent feasible. 33.457(2)(c) (c) Minimum standards in urban areas for street sweeping, salt usage reduction, shoreline maintenance and leaf collection. 33.457(2)(d) (d) Plans for bringing cropland soil erosion loss into conformance with the standards in s.
