§ 289.12. Landfill official liability.

289.12(1) (1) Definition. As used in this section, “landfill official” means any officer, official, agent or employee of the state, a political corporation, governmental subdivision or public agency engaged in the planning, management, operation or approval of a solid or hazardous waste disposal facility. 289.12(2) (2) Exemption from liability.
