§ 289.10. County solid waste management plans.
289.10(1) (1) Each county board individually or jointly with another county board may prepare and adopt a county solid waste management plan consistent with state criteria. 289.10(2) (2) All county plans shall be submitted to the department for review. Within 90 days after submittal, the department shall approve or disapprove the plans.
