§ 287.095. Responsible unit liability.

287.095(1) (1) Definition. In this section, “responsible unit official” means any officer, official, agent or employee of a responsible unit engaged in the planning, management, operation or approval of a recycling program or recycling site or facility. 287.095(2) (2) Exemption from liability.
