§ 49.96.110. Construction — More favorable laws. (Effective July 1, 2027.)

This chapter establishes minimum standards and rights of domestic workers in this state. Any standards and rights established by any other applicable federal, state, or local law or rule that are more favorable to domestic workers than the minimum standards and rights established by this chapter are not affected by this chapter and remain in full force and effect and may be enforced as provided by law. The remedies provided by this chapter are not exclusive and are concurrent with any other remedy provided by law.
