§ 9. Investment in Vermont Community Loan Fund Notwithstanding any provision of 32 V.S.A. § 433
- (a) to the contrary, the State Treasurer is authorized to invest up to $2,000,000.00
of short-term operating or restricted funds in the Vermont Community Loan Fund on
terms acceptable to the Treasurer and consistent with prudent investment principles
