§ 8906. Tax form contents Except as otherwise provided pursuant to subsection 8905

  • (d) of this title, the tax form shall require the following information as to the purchase price of
    the motor vehicle: (1) the value of any motor vehicle accepted in trade together with its make, type, serial
    or identification number, and year of manufacture; and (2) the make, type, serial or identification number, and year of manufacture of the motor
