§ 6239. Goods and services A leaseholder shall not be restricted in his or her choice of vendors from whom he or she may purchase goods and services
- . This section shall not be construed to prohibit
a mobile home park owner from contracting with any or all leaseholders for the sale,
supply, or distribution of goods and services, but such contract shall not be required
