§ 5401. Orders and judgment of court
- Upon the abatement, dismissal, nonsuit, default, or trial of an action of replevin,
the court shall make such order for the return or restoration of the goods as is just,
and may take such inquest of damages in the premises as the rights of the parties
require, and render judgment thereon accordingly
