§ 5105. Electronic records and signatures This chapter modifies, limits, and supersedes 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., but does not modify, limit, or supersede 15 U.S.C. § 7001

    provisions of this chapter or by a rule adopted or order issued under this chapter,
