§ 3684. Orders The court may make all orders necessary
- or incidental to the exercise of the jurisdiction conferred by this subchapter, including such orders relating to the custody, preservation, and conservation of the assets and property of the corporation or association as may be deemed necessary and proper for the protection of all interests involved.
