  • (a) A copy of the petition together with a copy of the court’s order fixing the time and

upon and notice to any person owning or having any interest in the land proposed to
    be taken or affected. (1963, No. 214, § 4; amended 1971, No. 185 (Adj. Sess.), § 203, eff. March 29, 1972; renumbered from 24 V.S.A. § 3606 by 2023, No. 143 (Adj. Sess.), § 13, eff. July 1, 2024.)
