§ 3313. Inspection and seal
- (a) No inspection of products placed in any container at any official establishment shall
be deemed to be complete until the products are sealed or enclosed under the supervision
of an inspector. (b) For purposes of any inspection of products required by this chapter, inspectors shall
have access at all times, by day or night, to any part of an establishment required
to have inspection under this chapter, whether the establishment is operated or not. (c) For purposes of any periodic review of any licensed establishment, inspectors shall
have access during normal business hours to every part of a licensed establishment
required to have inspection under this chapter, whether the establishment is operated
