§ 3265. Liability of municipality
- (a) A municipality that incurs indebtedness for or otherwise finances projects under this
subchapter shall not be liable for the failure of performance of a project. (b) A municipality that incurs indebtedness for bonding under this subchapter shall pledge
the full faith and credit of the municipality. (Added 2009, No. 45, § 15j, eff. May 27, 2009.)
