§ 317. Council appointments

  • (a)(1) The City Council shall appoint the following officers: (A) City Manager; (B) City Treasurer; and (C) City attorneys. (2) The City Council may remove any appointee set forth in subdivision (1) of this subsection
    and appoint another.
