§ 3073. Fees The fee for applications for licenses shall be $50.00 for residents of the State and $100.00 for nonresidents

renewals shall be for three years for a fee of $75.00 for residents and $150.00 for
nonresidents. Fees collected under this section shall be credited to a special fund
and shall be available to the Department of Public Safety to offset the cost of providing
