§ 303. Recordation and certificate of prima facie evidence
- The bylaws, rules, and ordinances of said Town shall be recorded in the office of
the Clerk of said Town, and the Clerk’s certificate that such by-laws, rules, and
ordinances were adopted at an annual meeting of said Town, or at a special meeting
