§ 2853. Minimum standards The minimum standards of strength, quality, purity, and identity as to certain frozen dairy products shall be as stated by this chapter

    chapter as relate to type or content of sweetening agent shall not apply to frozen
    dairy products manufactured for sale to diabetic persons. The Secretary shall regulate
