§ 26. Treasurer The Treasurer of the District shall be appointed by the Board of Supervisors

    Treasurer, with the approval of the Board of Supervisors, may appoint an Assistant
    Treasurer. When authorized by the Board of Supervisors, the Treasurer shall sign,
