§ 23. Public Service Reserve Fund
- There is created a fund to be known as the Public Service Reserve Fund for the purpose
of providing the financial means for the Public Utility Commission and the Department
of Public Service to employ legal counsel, official stenographers, and disinterested
competent persons to examine into and testify in any matter involved in a hearing
under sections 218, 225, 226, and 227 of this title other than the hearings referred to in sections 20 and 21 of this chapter
