§ 2212. Prohibition Except as may be otherwise provided in
- this chapter, a person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation shall not engage in the business or act in the capacity of real estate broker or salesperson within this State without first obtaining a license therefor. (Amended 1985, No. 6, § 1.)
