§ 22. Board of Trustees; duties
- The Board of Trustees shall have the general care and management of the prudential
interests and affairs of said Village; shall direct the expenditure of all monies
belonging to said Village, draw orders upon the Treasurer, and generally perform all
the duties legally enjoined upon them by said corporation, and shall submit their
accounts and vouchers to the Auditor at least twenty days before the annual meeting
of each year
