§ 2026. Fee to accompany applications

  • (a) An application for a certificate of title shall be accompanied by the required fee
    when mailed or delivered to the Commissioner. (b) An application for the naming of a lienholder or his or her assignee on a certificate
    of title shall be accompanied by the required fee when mailed or delivered to the
    Commissioner. (Added 1969, No. 297 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1971.)
