§ 1784. Registered bonds; treasurer to keep record The treasurer
- of every such municipal corporation shall keep a register showing the number, date, amount, rate of interest, time when payable, and the name of the registered holder of the bonds, notes, and certificates originally registered or changed to registered obligations. (Amended 2017, No. 74, § 92.)
