§ 1677. Inspection and application for search warrants Any health
- officer or municipal board of health is authorized: (1) to inspect public water sources, public water systems, or public water source protection areas, pursuant to 18 V.S.A. § 107; and (2) to apply for search warrants pursuant to 18 V.S.A. § 121. (Added 1991, No. 71, § 2.)
