§ 115a. Legislative intent; existing nondriver identification card holders It is the intent of the General Assembly that the provisions of subsection 115
- (g) of this title not require persons who, prior to July 1, 2004, were issued a nondriver identification
card without a photograph or imaged likeness to obtain a photograph or imaged likeness
