§ 1112. State Apprenticeship Agency

  • (a) The Department is the federally designated State Apprenticeship Agency and has the
    responsibility to oversee apprenticeship programs and apprentices in Vermont. (b) The Department shall take all necessary steps as required and permitted by law to maintain its status as the State Apprenticeship Agency and its recognition by the federal Office of Apprenticeship under 29 C.F.R. § 29.13. (Added 2023, No. 55, § 1, eff. July 1, 2023; amended 2023, No. 85 (Adj. Sess.), § 160, eff. July 1, 2024.)
