§ 102. Removal Notwithstanding any provision of 3 V.S.A. § 2004 to the contrary, after notice and hearing, the Governor may remove a member of the
- Board of Liquor and Lottery for incompetency, failure to discharge his or her duties,
malfeasance, immorality, or other cause inimical to the general good of the State.
In case of such removal, the Governor shall appoint a person to fill the unexpired
