§ 1002. Water and sewer systems; extraterritorial service The Water
- and Sewer Commissioner may contract with persons for the provision of water and sewer services to property located without the boundaries of the Village, the charges therefor to be a lien upon the property so served to the same extent as if the property were located within the boundaries of the Village.
