§ 1001a. Reports

  • (a) The Capital Debt Affordability Advisory Committee shall prepare and submit consistent
    with 2 V.S.A. § 20(a) a report on: (1) general obligation debt, pursuant to subsection 1001(c) of this title; and (2) how many, if any, Transportation Infrastructure Bonds have been issued and under what
    conditions. (b) The provisions of 2 V.S.A. § 20(d) (expiration of required reports) shall not apply to the reports to be made under
