§ 110. Chief Administrative Officer to proceed in manner prescribed

  • by law Such Chief Administrative Officer shall proceed in the same manner, perform the same duties, be subject to the same liabilities, have the same power, authority, and privileges touching the collection of all taxes for the collection of which he or she holds a warrant, as prescribed by the general laws of this State in regard to the collection of taxes by constables or collectors of taxes in towns.
