§ 2533. Notification of invalid application
- If the town clerk finds an application for an early or absentee voter ballot that
has been submitted to him or her to be invalid or incomplete, he or she shall immediately
notify the person making the application, either personally or by mail, stating the
ground on which the same is found to be invalid
