§ 81-5-601. Definitions for part -- Proceeding authorized.

(1)As used in this part, "divorce" includes an annulment.
(2)An adjudicative proceeding may be maintained to determine the parentage of a child.
(3)A judicial proceeding is governed by the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.
(4)An administrative proceeding is governed by Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act.
