§ 79-4-1002. Veteran access to state parks.

79-4-1002.  Veteran access to state parks.
(79-4-1002The division shall make rules, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, to grant free admission to state parks to an honorably discharged veteran who:
(1)is a resident of the state; and
(2)has a current service-connected disability rating issued by the United States Veterans Benefits Administration.
