| (1) | An individual operating a motorcycle shall ride only on the permanent and regular seat attached to the motorcycle. |

| (3) | An individual shall ride on a motorcycle only while sitting astride the seat, facing forward, with one leg on either side of the motorcycle. |
| (4) | An individual may not operate a motorcycle while carrying a package, bundle, or other article that prevents the operator from keeping both hands on the handlebars. |
