§ 59-1-1716. Limits on depository institution liability.
59-1-1716. Limits on depository institution liability.
A depository institution is not liable to a person for the following if the depository institution acts in good faith:
| (1) | providing or failing to provide information; or |
| (2) | taking or failing to take an action. |
