coordinating with a conservation district in accordance with Section 4-46-402;
(c)
coordinating with an agency or division within the department, the Department of Natural Resources, other state agencies, counties, cities, towns, local land trust entities, and federal agencies;
(d)
facilitating obtaining federal funds in addition to state funds used for state conservation efforts;
(e)
monitoring and providing for the management of conservation easements on state lands; and
