§ 17-78-201. Development of county resources.
17-78-201. Development of county resources.
| (1) | A county may provide for the development of the county's mineral, water, personnel, industrial, historical, cultural, and other resources. |
| (2) | A county may expend county funds as are considered advisable to carry out the purposes of Subsection (1). |
| (3) | Nothing in this section modifies the requirements of Section 17-78-103. |
