17-72-803. Notification requirements to state agencies concerning potential inmate debts.
| (2) | The notification described in Subsection (1) shall include:

| (3) | The requirement described in Subsection (1)(a) does not apply if a court, another county jail, the Department of Corrections, or another entity already has notified the Office of State Debt Collection, the State Tax Commission, and the Office of Recovery Services as described in Subsection (1) about the inmate's incarceration. |
| (4) | The requirement described in Subsection (1)(b) does not apply if an inmate is transferred to a different county jail or another incarcerated setting for the purpose of continued incarceration. |
