4-3-501. Cow share program notification.

A producer who is in a cow-share program, as defined in Section 4-3-102, shall notify the department of the cow-share program and include in the notification:

| (2) | Upon receipt, the department shall keep a notification of a cow-share program described in Subsection (1) on file. |
